Instead of capturing just the default fields, we added 1–2 thoughtful, open-ended questions — the kind that make a user pause, think, and respond manually.
Examples:
- “What’s the main issue you’re experiencing right now?”
- “Have you tried any treatments before?”
- “When would be the ideal time for your first visit?”
These aren’t long. But they create just enough friction to filter out low-intent clicks and attract people who are more serious.
We also limited autofill fields and added one layer of manual validation (via SMS or email reply). That small extra step made a big difference.
The Results?
- Fewer ghosting leads
- Higher-quality conversations
- More actual appointments (with people who showed up)
- And yes — a better return on ad spend, even with fewer total leads
